By using aicards.co you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

aicards.co lets you order an AI-illustrated greeting card about a specific person. You give us a name, a photo, and details about the recipient and occasion; we illustrate, print, and mail the card.

Your account

You’ll sign in with your email and a one-time code. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account.

Content you give us

You confirm that you have the right to provide any photos, names, or details about a recipient that you upload. You grant us a limited license to use that content to generate, print, and mail your card, and to keep records of the order for support and our legal obligations.

Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, defamatory, infringes someone else’s rights, or depicts a minor in a way that’s inappropriate. We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion.

Orders, pricing, shipping

• Cards are $9.99 shipped within the continental United States.
• We aim to mail your card within one business day of order confirmation. Carrier delivery times are out of our control.
• Because each card is personalized and printed-to-order, all sales are final. If something goes wrong on our end (lost in transit, misprint, wrong recipient on our side), contact us and we’ll make it right.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the underlying service, brand, and our software. The illustrated card we produce for you is yours to keep and send. You may not resell the card or use the service to manufacture goods for commercial resale without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
