aicards.co (“we,” “us”) makes personalized greeting cards. This policy explains what we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

• Account info: the email you sign in with.
• Recipient info you give us:the recipient’s name, a photo of them, and any details you provide so we can draw a card about them.
• Order info: shipping address and order history.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers ourselves.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps).

How we use it

• To illustrate, print, and mail the card you ordered.
• To send order and shipping updates to your email.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Photos of recipients

You confirm at upload that you have permission to use any photo you provide. We use the photo to generate the illustrated card and retain it with your order for fulfillment and customer support. We do not sell photos and we do not use them to train third-party AI models beyond the one-time generation needed to make your card.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the product. They process data only on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth, storage), OpenAI (image and copy generation), Replicate (image generation), Google Cloud Vision (detecting people and pets in uploaded photos), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting).

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share data only with the service providers above, with shipping carriers to deliver your card, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hi@aicards.co. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK) you may have additional rights under local law; we’ll honor those requests.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email.
